Givebacks (formerly Memberhub)

Memberhub is now Givebacks! 

We’ve teamed up with Givebacks to provide their valuable online tool to all PTAs in South Dakota…free of charge! Givebacks makes it easier to run your PTA -- engage families, raise funds, stay in good standing, and more. You’ll save hours on admin tasks, so you can focus on connecting with your children and engaging your school community.

Givebacks is valued at $500 per year, but they are providing it to South Dakota PTAs for free because Givebacks and South Dakota PTA want to further the PTA mission through easy-to-use technology.

As of the 2020-2021 school year, Givebacks will be used to manage members, make state dues payments, report officers, and record good standing requirements, but we also hope you take advantage of the many additional great features available through your free Givebacks site!

If your PTA hasn't used Givebacks yet, please reach out to Megan Snyder (706.844.6369) to start today! She'll help you get your officers reported correctly which is the first step in this exciting process!

All Members MUST be reported in Givebacks. 

Not comfortable paying online? You can still pay by check but be sure you enter your members into Givebacks.  Not sure how? Givebacks Training Option 8: Officer Transition

"Set up your new officers for success by preparing your site for the new school year. This session is designed for outgoing officers and site admins and will cover finalizing current year activities, updating officers and admin roles, cleaning up your hubs and contacts, and changing the owner on your Stripe account."

Givebacks Training Option 9: Transferring your Stripe Account.

"Don’t overlook this important step in your officer transition process. Purchases from your online store and donations from your fundraisers are processed through your Stripe account. Outgoing officers need to transfer ownership of the Stripe account to a new officer. 

Officers will be guided through the process of transferring ownership of their Stripe account, step by step. The current Stripe owner and new officer should attend together. This workshop is intended to help the pair of officers fully complete the transfer process, therefore, both officers need to attend, be on a device connected to the internet, and be signed in to Givebacks."
